If so, there is a place in Viet Nam where they serve the beating heart of a snake. 5 - There is also a place in Cambodia where you can eat food and also fire machine guns (Anthony Bordain is the source for those culinary tidbits). 6- I used to be an honorary member of the Cambodian Student Association; I ate rice, with my fingers, out of a communal bowl with some Cambodian monks during the New Year celebration; and I also met Dith Prang.
